Using metagenomics, culturomics, and experimental plant–pathogen systems, we investigate microbial roles in plant health and develop microbiome-based strategies for sustainable disease management in agriculture.

Leducq Lab
Our research focuses on understanding the ecological, evolutionary, and genomic processes underlying the adaptation of microorganisms to plants, particularly in the establishment of mutually beneficial relationships between bacteria and the phyllosphere (the above-ground parts of plants).
